Chief Happiness Officer

Brant is as passionate about serving our team as he is about providing exceptional service to our clients. Clear and efficient communication is at the core of his interactions. His focus on delivering a “WOW” client experience and supporting the team throughout all stages of client service engagement is admirable…and the reason we updated his title to “Chief Happiness Officer.”

He is passionate about impactful client relationships and implementing systems that uniquely serve client's specific core beliefs, values, and goals.

With a vivid curiosity and desire to learn and try new things Brant worked in a variety of fields and started several successful businesses including a recruiting company in South Korea and a restaurant in Los Angeles. While Brant grew up in the Los Angeles area, he moved to South Korea in 1997 living there for 15 years and worked as a teacher, an English School Manager, and as a recruiter. 

Brant earned a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Graphic Design from Seoul National University. He was drafted and proudly served the South Korean Army for two years.
Brant learned to adapt and overcome the challenges he faced and learned to use his curiosity by accepting the problems set before him. He always enjoyed solving problems from working on puzzles as a child to reading brain teasers in order to pass the time in between his favorite cartoons.

In his free time Brant enjoys a good book, movie, or TV show to binge watch, as well as a good debate, especially when he can play the Devil’s advocate.
